Here are a few tips if you find yourself feeling "under-the-weather":
1. Drink tons and tons and tons of water.
2. Sleep. Lots of sleep.
3. Take a shower. Always makes you feel better.
4. Don't wear make-up. Let yourself go a little. ;)
5. Watch a good movie while you cuddle with a poofy blanket in bed.
6. Eat comfort foods (If you are feeling up to it). Soup is so cliche, but soooo good.
7. Watch a rerun of "I Love Lucy." I recommend the Vitameatavegimin episode.
