This is kind of a photo dump of all my pictures from December leading to Christmas...
Christmas cards on their way!
This was the adorable ornament we bought in Montana as a souvenir. We love it!
Random - Morgan got a scholarship this year! This is his photo receiving a plaque with Scott Ward. Scott is one of Morgan's professors and also the APTA President! Pretty cool. I'm so proud of Morgan!
We went to the Grand America with our good friends Ryan and Meredith (also in Morgan's PT class). The Grand America is a super fancy hotel that has lots of Christmas decorations and a fun scavenger hunt. You get a yummy cookie at the end of the tour! Let's face it...that's why we went.
Morgan and I went to Sheel's to look around and ride the ferris wheel. Scheels is kind of a mix between Cabela's and a sporting goods store. Except there is a giant ferris wheel in the middle. :)
We were lucky enough to be selected in the lottery to get tickets to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas Concert! It was honestly one of the coolest performances I have ever been to. I cried several times because the music and stories were so touching. Alfie Boe (famous English tenor) sang several beautiful songs, including "Bring Him Home" from Les Mis. He is sooo talented. Tom Brokaw was the other special guest and narrated a very touching story about "The Berlin Candy Bomber" - Gail Halverson. At the end of the story we were all surprised when Mr. Halverson walked onstage, and we all erupted in a standing ovation! I burst into tears...the whole thing was very moving.
Getting my family's Christmas package ready!
My sister Alli uses wash cloths a lot to help clean up after meals, so I thought I would send a few but try and make them look cute. This was a Pinterest find and made me smile. :)
Ward Christmas party - Morgan was in charge of the nativity. It was soooo cute. He did a great job putting it together.
Decorating with the Chuckwubas!
Another shot from the MoTab Concert
Making sugar cookies with Mom Sheffer and Clayton!
Last but not least - I surprised Morgan with tickets to see Forgotten Carols! He loves that play. It was so wonderful!
