Christmas in July

I don't know who decided that Christmas-time festivities could be celebrated in July, but I'm glad they did. I guess if they were going to be logical, they would have designated June as the month of choice since it's halfway through the year...but I'm not complaining. I loved watching those creepy claymation reindeer/santa/jack frost movies during Christmas-in-July marathons when I was growing up...and not much has changed since then. I decided that this year, I was going to throw my own Christmas-in-July party. On the spur of the moment, Morgan and I went to Dollar Tree and spent $5 on wacky toys for each other on "Christmas Eve" (July 24th), and exchanged gifts later that night.
